Mitsubishi ASX, Lancer and Outlander Activ Version – One more car manufacturers from Japan, Mitsubishi has released three new models, Mitsubishi ASX, Lancer and Outlander Activ limited edition version. The third car is limited to only 400 units produced.

For Mitsubishi AZX Activ comes with two-wheel drive, five-speed manual transmission with the addition of body kit that includes front bumper, rear and front bumper cover and 17-inch alloy wheels. The interior is going to upgrade the audio system and Bluetooth.

ASX Activ is available in five colors, namely White, Cool Silver Black, Titanium, Titanium and Kingfisher blue.

Further to the Mitsubishi Lancer Activ models are not much different from the ASX, the changes occurred in the front bumper and front grill, muffler in kroam, rear spoiler and 16-inch alloy wheels. The interior remains the same as the version usually only the addition of Bluetooth connectivity.

Activ Lancer is available in eight colors: white solid, cool silver, black, titanium, warm silver, red, blue and orange lightning burst.

While the Outlander Activ is available for the 2WD version and change the front fog lights, rear parking sensors and side airbags and alloy wheels measuring 18 inches. This Outlander comes with a choice of five-speed manual transmission or a CVT and a choice of six colors including, blue sapphire, oronbark, cool silver, black, gray effect, red and white.

Mitsubishi Mirage – Production of Mitsubishi Mirage has started nearly two weeks ago at the Mitsubishi Motors Thailand (MMTh) precisely at Leam Chabang factory. This new facility has been designed to serve the global market and could serve as a replacement for Colt.

Reported by autoevolution, a Japanese manufacturer revealed plans to launch several Mirage global markets, namely Europe in the third quarter of fiscal year 2012 and followed by North America.

But for the North American region, only Canada who will receive rations of fuel-efficient small cars and environmentally friendly. Therefore, Roger Yasukawa Mitsubishi spokesman said it was considering the Mirage for the U.S. market.

One reason is that Mitsubishi needs a marketing budget for 2013 Outlander SUV sold in America, where the subcompact segment provides benefits for the company.

“There are competitors out there that are new and most of them recently released or coming out soon. This is an emerging youth segment in the U.S. and we should consider first before taking a decision,” said Yasukawa.

Meanwhile, PT Krama Yudha Three Diamond Motors (KTB) as the agent of Mitsubishi brand holders in Indonesia to ensure the Mirage will be launched this year. But the time of its release are still kept secret.
